At NPS Seguridad S.L., we are committed to quality, information security, and environmental protection as fundamental pillars of our activity. The company’s Management declares this Integrated Policy as a guide for our operations, ensuring that our activities and services meet customer expectations, legal and regulatory requirements, and international standards.

The company develops its activities in the following areas: installation and maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems, smoke and heat control systems, and luminescent signaling systems; control of activities related to the maintenance, charging, and recertification of fire extinguishers; and installation and maintenance of intrusion prevention, video surveillance, and access control systems. Our company establishes its policy based on four fundamental pillars: quality, information security, environmental protection, and continuous improvement.

In Quality and Customer Satisfaction, we are committed to offering high-quality services that generate trust and satisfaction, differentiating ourselves through the professionalism and attention to detail of our human team.

In Information Security, we guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, complying with regulatory requirements and continuously improving our systems to protect the privacy of all stakeholders.

In Environmental Protection, we work to minimize environmental impact through sustainable practices, pollution prevention, and responsible resource management.

Finally, in Continuous Improvement, we constantly review and optimize our processes, aligning ourselves with new opportunities to ensure the effectiveness of our Integrated Management System.

With this Policy, the company reinforces its commitment to quality, information security, and respect for the environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
