At NPS SEGURIDAD, our mission is to provide excellent private security services, ensuring the protection of our clients’ assets, respect for human rights, and a commitment to sustainable development. To this end, Management establishes this Integrated Policy based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ISO 18788 standards.
Our commitment is based on the following strategic pillars:
1. Service Excellence and Customer Satisfaction (ISO 9001)
• Orienting our processes toward continuous improvement, ensuring that our services meet and exceed client expectations.
• Fostering the technical competence of our staff through constant and up-to-date training.
2. Environmental Protection and Sustainability (ISO 14001)
• Minimizing the environmental impact of our operations, with a special emphasis on reducing fuel consumption and the efficient management of hazardous waste.
• Preventing pollution and promoting the responsible use of natural resources across all our locations and services.
3. Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001)
• Providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injuries and ill health among our employees.
• Eliminating hazards and reducing occupational risks through the consultation and active participation of workers and their representatives.
4. Information Security (ISO 27001)
• Guaranteeing the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of our own information and that of our clients.
• Proactively managing technological and physical risks that may affect information assets, ensuring business continuity in the event of incidents.
5. Ethical Management of Security Operations (ISO 18788)
• Operating under a management framework that guarantees respect for Human Rights and fundamental freedoms, following the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers.
• Ensuring legality, proportionality, and necessity in the use of force, protecting life and human dignity as an absolute priority.
6. Regulatory Commitment and Continuous Improvement
• Strictly complying with current legislation, regulatory requirements, and voluntary agreements signed by the organization.
• Periodically reviewing this policy and the system objectives to ensure their suitability to the organization’s context and the improvement of overall performance.
The Management of NPS SEGURIDAD is committed to disseminating this policy at all levels of the organization, as well as making it available to interested parties, ensuring the necessary resources for its compliance and success.
