How does mobile surveillance work?

Each service is organized through routes and frequencies adapted to each facility, combining strategic patrols, on-site verifications, and incident response.

Route Planning

An itinerary is designed that includes all points to be monitored, with passage frequencies adapted to the risk level of each facility.

Strategic Randomness

Patrol times are varied randomly to prevent any external observer from anticipating the security guard’s presence.

Verification at each point

The security guard checks the status of accesses, the perimeter, and critical areas, and registers their presence using control devices.

Incident Response

If the security guard detects an anomaly or the alarm of any facility on the route is activated, they intervene immediately and coordinate the response with the ARC (Alarm Receiving Center).

Patrol Report

Each patrol is documented with the time, facility status, and any incidents detected. The client receives periodic reports.
