This device guarantees the protected custody of takings, cash, confidential documentation, and other valuables, ensuring their safety especially during the establishment’s closing hours.
It must feature advanced protection mechanisms to prevent intrusion or sabotage. They must integrate seismic detection technologies, automated locking, and a programmed time-delay opening for a minimum of ten minutes.
It is imperative that the safe’s locking system remains operational from the establishment’s closing period until the next business day. If the structure weighs less than 2,000 kilograms, it is essential to anchor it to the building’s structure.
Video Surveillance Systems
Installation of a continuous video surveillance system responsible for capturing and storing images uninterruptedly. The distribution of cameras must ensure full coverage of entry points, the customer service counter, and the most vulnerable areas of the premises.
To shield the recorder against potential tampering, destruction, or theft, the storage device must be located in a certified reinforced container featuring a time-delay opening mechanism.
Alarm System Connected to ARC
Detection devices must be permanently connected to the Alarm Receiving Center (ARC), ensuring comprehensive 24-hour protection. This allows for real-time monitoring of signals, immediate verification of incidents, and agile, direct management of any risk situation.
Intrusion and Sabotage Protection
Incorporation of motion sensors, magnetic contacts, and seismic or opening detection devices on the safe. These elements are combined with advanced anti-sabotage systems, tailored to the technical design and vulnerability level of the premises.

Safe
Bingo halls with a capacity exceeding 150 players and amusement arcades with more than 75 gaming machines are required to install a high-security safe for cash custody.
The safe must have a Grade 4 security level to prevent potential assaults and intrusions. It is essential that the device features seismic sensors, autonomous locking, and a mechanism that postpones opening with a time delay of at least ten minutes. During hours when the business is inactive, the safe’s security lock must remain connected until the next day of activity. Additionally, if the weight of the safe does not reach 2,000 kg, it is mandatory to anchor it to the reinforced concrete structure of the premises, preferably to the floor.
It must feature a mechanism that prevents the extraction of cash through the deposit slot using two security locks. Regulations also govern the key custody system. Each key must remain under the responsibility of different people: one shall be held by the establishment manager or an authorized employee, while the other shall be held by the owner or the person responsible for collecting the takings. Under no circumstances may both keys be held by the same person or by employees who work together.
