Armoring of the customer service area
Regulations require robust physical separation to act as a deterrent shield between customers and employees. The latter will have an armored area with exclusive access, ensuring they work in a secure environment without direct exposure.
Sales and collection operations are carried out through systems specifically designed to minimize risks, such as protected exchange trays, rotating security devices, or document and cash transmission tunnels. Safe
To prevent assaults or aggressions, an approved Grade IV certified safe is installed to securely store cash, tickets, confidential documents, and other valuables.
They must be mandatorily protected by a seismic detector device directly linked to the general alarm system of the premises. Likewise, it must have locking mechanisms and a delayed opening system with a minimum waiting period of ten minutes.
The locking system must remain active during the business’s inactive period, covering from the end of the workday until the opening of the next business day.
If the safe does not reach 2,000 kilograms, it will be an essential requirement that it is anchored to the structure, in accordance with the technical specifications stipulated in current security regulations.
Video surveillance systems (CCTV)
Implementation of a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system for continuous image capture and recording, with cameras covering access points, the customer service area, and critical areas of the establishment. Furthermore, to guarantee the integrity of recordings against sabotage or theft attempts, the recording equipment is housed in an approved security chest, equipped with a delayed opening system.
Access control and restricted areas
Permanently connected to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), the systems ensure comprehensive 24-hour protection. This allows for real-time monitoring of signals, immediate verification of incidents, and agile, direct management in any risk situation.
Protection against intrusion and sabotage
Integration of intrusion detectors, magnetic contacts, and seismic or opening detectors in the safe, which are complemented by advanced anti-sabotage and inhibition devices strictly adapted to the technical design and risk level of the establishment.
