Our activities are governed by strict compliance with international regulatory frameworks, ensuring that our operations are not only efficient but also socially responsible.

In particular, NPS SEGURIDAD ratifies its commitment to the following international reference frameworks:

  • International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC): Ensuring that our personnel act under the highest standards of ethics and respect for human dignity.
  • Montreux Document: Regarding international legal obligations and good practices for private security companies in complex operational contexts.
  • United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights: Actively implementing the “Protect, Respect and Remedy” framework in all our processes.
  • Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights: Focused on risk management and the maintenance of operational security through:

o Comprehensive Protection: Guaranteeing the security of our clients’ facilities, assets, and operations under a preventive respect approach.
o Operational Security: Safeguarding the integrity of NPS SEGURIDAD’s operations and its collaborators, minimizing any adverse impact on the rights of third parties.

This declaration constitutes a fundamental pillar of our corporate culture and is intended to inform clients, employees, and collaborators of NPS SEGURIDAD’s non-negotiable responsibility in the performance of its duties.
