At NPS Seguridad, as part of Grupo Cabello, we take environmental care very seriously. As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, Grupo Cabello has taken an important step by registering in the Carbon Footprint, Compensation and CO₂ Absorption Projects Registry of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge.

This registry allows us to measure, reduce, and compensate for our CO₂ emissions, aligning ourselves with global objectives against climate change. At NPS Seguridad, we join this commitment, contributing our own actions to reduce environmental impact.

 

What is the Carbon Footprint Registry?

It is an initiative of the Government of Spain that helps companies to know their carbon footprint, establish plans to reduce it, and in some cases, compensate for the emissions generated. By registering, we not only make our environmental impact visible but also demonstrate our real commitment to reducing it.

To register, we have analyzed all our CO₂ emissions in 2023. Thanks to this study, we know exactly the impact of our activities and have defined clear strategies to reduce it. This study covers all the companies in the group, including NPS Seguridad.

Our Commitment to the Environment

Measuring our carbon footprint is only the first step. We know that what’s important is to act, which is why we have implemented an emissions reduction plan with several key measures:

• Efficient use of energy, optimizing processes to use fewer resources.
• Commitment to renewable energies, incorporating clean energy sources in our facilities.
